If this is a serious question then kind of. I think the only way you could be allergic to a specific person is if that person was routinely exposed to something you were allergic to, i.e. has a cat and cat hair on his shirt when you are allergic to cat hairs. Beyond that, I don't know but I doubt it.

If you're looking for a scientific answer, the only medical fact I know is that its possible to be allergic to sperm. Everything else falls in to the category of the other person being exposed to environmental allergens that you are allergic too. Non-scientifically its DEFINITELY possible to be allergic to people!! I know a few that make me break out in hives just thinking of them!!

Usually allergies to people are "making fun" of a person as in "I'm allergic to politicians" or it is an allergy to a product that a person uses, as in hair spray, cologne/after shave, shampoo/soap/ even laundry items like softeners, soaps and starches. Also it is possible to be allergic to the attending bacteria that a person carries with them, however you would find yourself having allergic reactions with yourself as well since most people tend to carry trillions of bacteria on their skin. I heard of one case of a married couple where they were ruled to have an allergy to each other after all of the possibilities (add-ons like hair products) were removed. However the article stressed that it was most likely psychologically induced. Although very real physiological symptoms were present, it could have been all in the mind.
