I can never stay comfortable during long flights with the awkward position of the seats and the small space that we get. I don't like to stay still, does anyone have a suggestion?

I have long legs and this bothers me a lot too.

I tend to request seats in the exit row when I get to the terminal, where there is more legroom. In the very least I request an aisle seat, where I can stretch out when I start to get cramped.

Also if you check in electronically when you get to the airport you can sometimes switch your seat to one with more room, like the bulkhead or the exit row, or at least an aisle.

Taking some dramamine helps - it's for motion sickness, but it also tends to make me drowsy and I end up dozing for most of the flight.
