Do people who use sign language see little hands in their head when they think about what somebody said, or do they hear the words in their head?

    They hear the words in their head. But everyone thinks differently about things. I know when I have used sign language in the past I hear the words in my head, but for some people it might be easier to see the hand signals in their head to remember what someone was saying.
