God is real. you may not need God and thats fine, but that does'nt mean He's not real. God is a threat to your sinful life style. I'm not trying to change you're mind because I know you're mind is set, but why don't you give it a rest. move on you're starting to look a little pathetic. go ahead attack away.

Yes, sit back and watch how people in third world countries die of starvation and
diseases and natural disasters of his "perfectly designed" world.

Most of us have human fathers, so that's not a need that needs filled for most of us. However, were it not for an intelligent creator, we would not exist. So, that's a real need that God filled.

IF He were imaginary I would say yes.
but God is very real and He fills a need, a need for life it self and salvation.

God is also the God of Muslims and other religions as well. According to the Bible, which people sometimes don't read, God created the universe and all that is in it. So the next time you see a tree, animal, bird, the ocean, another person, or even when you take a breath, God created it.

are you saying Christians don't have good fathers on earth? so they imagine God as the father they never had?
God fills a 'need' in some that some never has a 'need' for........they are full of their self, vain and prideful ....

he satisfies the fear of mortality; that terror of death being the end of your consciousness.

he provides an imaginary comfort to people with nothing, and those with everything.

i dont know if i belive or not.

Very much so. We get to experience His assistance in our daily lives. You could too, if you really wanted to. There is a promise at the end of the Book of Malachi. God challenges us to test Him in the giving of tithes and offerings. Give to God with a joyful heart, and see what happens!

Sure, He is still allowing you to continue to live and enjoy all of His blessings while you continue to ignore, reject and ridicule Him. God does not owe you anything except eternal damnation, but instead He continues to be good to you.

He could stop you right where you are and will never walk, talk, see, hear or do anything that you take for granted again.

    Imagine that!
