I don't care how unhealthy it is...excluding exercise, surgery, or diet pills, how can I lose weight really super fast?

    well, i lived on about 300-500 calories a day and lost almost 40 lbs in 3 months. it was like totally great! i got sent into treatment and everything! i mean sure, i now have osteoporosis at age 21, my teeth are chipped, i've permanently damaged my heart and liver and have probably chopped a few decades off the end of my life, but i got from a size 7 to a size 0, and that's what's important. right? give it a try. careful though, lose too much potassium and you could drop into a coma. i think that's how karen carpenter died. anyways, good luck. i'm not responsible for what happens to you.

    You can't.

    Even if you starved yourself, your body would begin breaking down your muscle mass, not any fat you may or may not have on your body. And if you exist solely on water, your body may very likely retain the fluid, making you look bloated.

    Short of developing an extremely unhealthy eating disorder, you can not simply just lose weight, really super fast. You either have to suck it up and start eating healthily and exercise, or accept the fact that normal, healthy weight-loss can not be achieved overnight.

    The key to losing weight is reduce your fat and calorie intake and burn as many calories as humanly possible. There are plenty of crash diets and diet pills that promise instant weight loss, but the truth of the matter is that these things may work temporarily but in the long run it takes a total lifestyle change to keep the weight off. Eat healthy and exercise your butt off!

    Daily regime: Run as many miles as humanly possible for you, and eat nothing but 4 slices whole wheat bread, 12 ounces of lean white meat turkey and water.


    Edit to add; I would like to revise my previous answer because upon reading it again I realize that this is not very healthy and won't work if you want to keep the weight off long term. Instead I would suggest eating balanced meals with portions that add up to between 1200 and 1600 calories a day (if you have a small frame) or 1600 to 2000 calories (if you have a medium to large frame). and exercise as much as you can each day.

    If you need to loss weight for some event, i.e. high school reunion, wedding; Just try loss the water weight. Go into a sauna or something like that and sweat it out. Also works if you go for a jog with a plastic garbage bag taped around your upper torso. If you do any of this sweat methods be sure to replace ELECTROLYTES.

    heroin works really well too,I lost LOTS of weight but when you cant get it, you do have to deal with pesky withdrawl symptoms, vomiting, diarhea, chills, sweats, MAJOR depression. But hey. you said ANYTHING, and the heroin diet DOES work!!!

    Running a lot. The more you run, the faster it goes. Have you ever noticed how skinny long distance runners are? Run long distances and it will all go fast, so long as you eat just enough to keep up running, and drink plenty of water (don't worry about water weight, and it will make your stomach fill up faster, therefore less food). And eating only low fat(don't pay too attention to calories, you need them for running, anyway), no fast food or any portions bigger than what fits in an 11 oz. mug.

    there's this really good diet: it's called the grapefruit diet, and it's beneficial to use before a big event or spring break. basically you can lose 12lbs in about 10 days or so. this is best alternative, because unlike most diets, there's no starving. it only last 12 days (but if you want to continue, which i wouldn't advise, because it could become dangerous) you must break from the diet for 2 consecutive days. basically every day you eat 3 meals (make sure you eat till you're full, so it can hold you out till the next meal!) do not snack!! with every meal eat a half of a grapefruit, or drink an 8oz glass of its juice (make sure the juice is UNSUGARED!).
    if you look this diet up online, it can give a more descriptive outline. But i'll give you the low-downs. Pretty much at any meal of the day you can have as much meat or fish as you want (in any way except breaded), as many vegetables, and you can actually cook in butter! (that's the yummy part). also if you're going to have a veggie salad, make sure you only use oil as dressing! but definitly eat till you're full, otherwise it won't work! the protein has to combine with the powerful ingredients in grapefruit, in order to break down fat!!

    ATTENTION: when you get off of this diet after 12 days, stick to eating just 3 meals, no snacks, and limit the sweets, and you can keep the weight off :)

    Strict diet and excercise.
    Im a model, so I am on a VERY strict diet.
    This is what mine consists of.

    Breakfast: Cup of cheerios (regular not honey)
    with a half of a bannana

    Lunch: A Decent sized handful a romaine lettice
    A can of tuna fish/chicken salad (either one for protein)
    with a 2 cap fulls of olive oil && as much balsamic vinegar as you want (it actually helps BURN fat)
    A Half of a tomato, and a few cucumber slices.

    Dinner: I have something like Faux Pizza

    Ingredients:
    1 slice of toasted diet wheat bread
    1 slice of tomato
    1 thin slice of onion
    spices (oregano, basil, and thyme)
    1 tbsp part skim Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp of grated Parmesan cheese
    fat free olive oil spray

    Preheat broiler.
    Place sliced onion and tomato on the toasted wheat bread and sprinkle seasonings over top.
    Put the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on, and one spray of the fat free olive oil spray.
    Broil until the cheeses are melted and the edges of the bread are crusty (about 2-3 minutes).

    I usually have 2 slices, they are each about 76 calories each.

    Snack: (never eat anything after 8 p.m.)
    I Have an apple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
    One measuring tablespoon, not an overflowing one. =)

    With this diet, I would do at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio a day, with 30 minutes of light weight training.

    Now you know the secrets of a models workout routine. Lols, I hope it works for you.

    From experience, loosing weight quickly is not fun or very healthy. You have to have some major will power and you'll be pretty hungry. However, the hunger pains will go away. First and formost.. nothing but water. PERIOD. To start spend at least 20 min or 2 miles on the treadmill then follow it with some toning work (squats, sit ups, etc) You dont really have to over do it because you are already burning more calories then you are taking in. Which is the point. If you cant stand the hunger any longer eat 1 small grilled chicken patty with WATER, or tuna. As I said- not healthy. Either is smoking, or alcohol though, yet people do it. So whatever. Allow yourself 1 item every other day after the first week, if you can, and exercise ALOT. DRINK plenty of water, water will also trick you into thinking your full, so drink up. The more you sweat the more you loose. When you get to your desired weight, dont even think about eating 3 times a day again. Your body will store it. Light meals, mabe not as strict but YOU MUST exercise almost every day. Its a lifestyle change- not a temporary one. I lost 60lbs doing this, stopped exercising after 2 years and gained it back, now Ive had to do it again, which Im almost there. It sucks, get it right the first time and stick with it!

    1. thing i am not responsible for your actions i merely write what i know.

    -If you are willing to undergo a surgery its the fastest way (liposuction...etc contact your doctor for what kind of surgery you need) but even after a succesful surgery you will have to change the way you live right now (eating habits working habits...so on) because your body will always try to go back to its normal form.
    But dont ever forget with every surgery there will be some psychological problems you will have to deal with.

    If you are in this kind of rush that means there is someone or some people harrassing you.You should contact police or anyother law enforcer about this or you should sue them for harassment or discrimination.

    you should always loose weight in a controlled and sustainable manner which probably means a complete diet change and honesty. I am not recomending the following, only informing; extreme, but not healthy - protein drinks only and water. You will feel miserable, aggressive and will probably put the weight back on. But you will loose weight. Probably half a stone a week at least.
