Help answer this question below.
No. Naturally occurring earthquakes (Tetonic earthquakes) are caused by the shifting of the Earth's plates.
Nope, they are caused by the shifting of tectonic plates, when the force of two opposing plates, normally not in motion, but under great pressure, suddenly cause a shift of the plates, which cause the ground to suddenly move(earhquake). It's believed that the gravitational influence of the moon creates more tectonic movement then there otherwise would be without the moon.
They sometimes occur together but they are different phenomenon. I saw a program on the History Channel today that said that during the Santarini(sp?) Eruption there were accompanying earthquakes. These quakes were along natural faults and were caused by plate shifts but they happened just after the volcano exploded. The same thing that caused the eruption my have caused the plates to shift but there didn't seem to be any conclusion along those lines.
yah when volcano burst then area around feel earthquake for sure...and intensity depends on how volcano's strength is
yes
Nature is connected with different phenomenons.
everything is possible in nature.
E/Q may occur due to Volcanic activity but its not a hard rule that every time this will happen, there may many more related things.

Answer is not wrong.Generally it occurs due to movement of plates, but every volcanic eruption is associated with an earth quake which is nothing, but magma pressure making the plates move through vibrations.
The answer might not be complete, but it's not wrong.
