Help answer this question below.
I think so. I can easily see a time when those that have things like good health care, enough to eat, homes, and so on, have to defend themselves from those that are desperate to find a way to survive.
I don't see a 'race war' or one against the government as a whole. But I do see one of the haves against the have-nots. And while the 'haves' seem to have the advantages, health, money, power, and so on, there are more and more have-nots in this country. Sheer numbers can do a lot. Maybe not win, but certainly make an impact.
There are too many out there that are having to choose between food and bills, food and medications, food and a roof over their heads. And I don't see any help coming their way. I see lip service being paid to them, while those that do not have to make those decisions personally, sit back in their warm homes, eating their turkey and dressing, drinking their beer, and enjoying the knowledge that THEY can go to the doctor if little Tommy stubs his toe.
I'm not the only one seeing this. I just hope I am dead before it happens. It is not going to be pretty. And there are empty facilities set up across this country that are reminiscent of Auschwitz. No one who knows why they are there, admit to them. Anyone that has seen them that are not involved, don't know what they are for. They are called 'FEMA camps' for the most part.
Someone please kill Arisztid and me before this happens.
Have you seen all the Religious debates and protests lately?
Just like in the civil rights movement there was a huge protest against the Christian religion in order to abolish slavery.
And now the two big ones are Gay marriage, abortion (a few others) and people who are devout Christians are beginning to become more vocal in their [misled] beliefs.
I am more of an advocate of another civil war than another revolution,
but it is a definite possibility.
No, I do not think there will be a revolution unless they bring back the military draft. There will always be protests, though.
+5
Not likely. The Tea Bagger movement is very small for as vocal as they are. They're really no different than PETA.
A revolution over what?. In any event it would be short lived. The government will send in the National Guard and declare martial law.
Sure. There will be a bunch of 'em.
But revolutions in the sense of going in circles, not change.
Of course not. If any group decided to "revolt" against the U.S. government they would be treated like the terrorists that they are. Things will get better and more greedy people will have to learn to be responsible and not so damn greedy from now on. However If some people keep up their entitled - me me me way of thinking I can guarantee the majority is going to clamp down on them like a bear trap! So I guess that's kind of a class revolution.
you people are thinking too short term. what if there is a worldwide shortage of food or water or both? the worlds population is growing exponetionally and the earth will not sustain it. or what about nucular war? thoes weapons arent sitting around for decoration. there will definately be a war to end all wars. we are definately not safe in our little american dream bubble. read up people, there are miles of underground bases all inter connected. there wont be a government to revolt against because they will be underground. those of us who escape modern slavery will be forced to fight each other to survive. i mean seriously who really thinks that the tea party is going to start a revolution. even entertaining that idea sounds so ignorant. wake up and smell the concrete you left wing socialist pansies. its not about a political party
No. What you hear nowadays is just a bunch of whiners. They lost an election and instead of being mature enough to suck in their guts, they have to snivel about it. You'll find that most of them don't really understand in real revolutions, they'd have to give up a lot of their luxuries. These so called 'revolutionaries' of the Tea Baggers would balk at the first opportunity to die for their beliefs. They'd rather everyone else die first.
