Pepper Grinder and Sea Salt Grinder. Does this make me a bad person? Or only anal?

5 kinds of salt and 37 kinds of pepper ... dried, powdered, and in shakers ... and a few whole fresh sweet peppers in the fridge, along with 9 hot sauces with pepper pastes in them.

Seasoning is not the same as flavouring.

- Fresh herbs:Mint,Spearmint,Lemongrass,Basil Coriander,Rosemary,Thyme. Mntreal and Cajun Spice I mix myself.
  Cinnamon powdered, and bark,Apple Pie Spice,Corriander,Crushed Jalapeno,Jamican Jerk, Tumeric.
  I'm out of a lot of spices and will replenish before the holidays.

- Good stuff. We keep those same fresh herbs around too, mostly for the pet rabbit but sometimes for us as well when the need arises (not the lemongrass, though -- I've only used that once to make a soup, not sure if it would be good for the rabbit or not). For dried spices I've used lots of different ones on one-time bases but for regular stock we keep on hand bay leaf, dried whole chillies, oregano, cinnamon, and cumin. So do you mean you come to Toronto to shop? Are you from Buffalo or something? (I live in Toronto myself.)

- I have all of the spices you mentioned but out of stock, Pittsburgh Spice will ship by the shaker, the lb or Bulk. Call for their extensive list. I live in Western PA, only an hour and a half from Buffalo. I am originally from Northern NJ and used to go to Manhattan for dates or to hang out. I found Toronto when I first moved here. IT's nicer. Bigger Little Italy, Chinatown and there is not so much of a criminal element. People don't come up to you and say "Give me five dollars" NYC also smells like urine. Sorry to offend, but Toronto does not.

- Well, let me tell you from living in downtown Toronto, there is some urine smells! But not extensively, no. That's so great to hear you think Toronto is nicer! I've only been to Manhattan a few times but I LOVE it ... I think of it as a bigger Toronto. Better museums, and more good restaurants at reasonable prices. (Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of good restaurants at reasonable prices in Toronto too ... there such seems to be more in Manhattan ... more where the food is actually really great, you know?) But Toronto is great, I really love it here too.

- I haven't been in 5-6 years. Last time there were more homeless beggars. Came up to our al-fresco eatery and started eating leftovers. Management wanted to chase them off, but the hot chicks wer like" Let them eat, here have my drink" In New York it would have been " Hey asshole GTFOH or I'll smack you!" Little Italy in NY. There's only 3 blocks left of it. Toronto has 60 or more. There are off broadway shos there,and concerts, and you don't have to pay $40.00 to park your car. I know a musician and his wife who live there. He's good and she does make-up in a movie studio. Lastly How well does the City and Highway dept keep up with the snow removal? I'm serious about moving there, probably Burliongton.
