You must have a very low opinion of your sister if you think she would consent to having sex with you her brother. Get real, you have lapsed into a fantasy land where anything goes. I know how you feel, but yoy need to know that it will take time to end up in between her legs or behind her doing her doggiestyle.   Take it like this "whether a person thinks like jumping off a bridge because things did not go his/her way today does not make it acceptable". That person needs help to sort out major issues.

  I'm not referring to all actions, just sexual acts. As long as the action does not affect anybody besides the immediate participants, and the participants involved are consenting - meaning (1) they know what the action entails and want to go forward with it, and (2) they are above the legal age of consent - then the government, therapists, and society in general have no business forbidding said action. They can certainly disapprove of it, as is their right, but any sort of legal prohibition should be beyond their rightful privilege.
