Recognising the illiegal actions of the Israeli government, or believing that the Israeli government is acting incorrectly is not anti-semitic. Your answer is no.
When the US is the only state to be consistently acting counter to other members, and awarding clearly preferential treatment to one state, it surely makes sense to assume that the US is the one acting in a discriminatory way, rather than every single other state.
No, it's just that Americans dont believe people should be accountable for their actions.
America was since ever backing israel whatever they might have done and so the Israelis just do whatever comes up to their mind.
Israel can do whatever they like and the US will back them forever.
