Help answer this question below.

I need help getting started on a cause and effect essay. I am trying to write why I am now in college. I lost my job in March 2006, due to factory shipping work to Mexico. This gave me an opportunity to go to college. Thanks for any help.

In your question, is your answer.

CAUSE: You were working, happily and the factory managers decided to ship the work you did, to Mexico to be done cheaper.

EFFECT: You were now free to go to school, to better yourself and perhaps, this will enable you to pursue a job/career that will give you more money and opportunity for growth.
