The best one to use will be the one who will, Put it in writing that they will not put on your credit file you are going to a consumer credit consul co. If they report it to the bureaus, and most do but not all, it will be on your record for 7 years noting that you could not be responsible enough to take care of your own finances. They will require the credit companies that you have to freeze your accounts and not give you any available credit until your debt is just about paid off, Good luck
