My PS2 was dropped whilst playing Guitar Hero II. Now, my PS2 can't read any PS2 games and has the message "disc error". But the thing is, it can read and play ALL PS1 games with no problems. How can I fix this?

  When I turn on my slim ps2 , its only shows black screen. Then I try to reset it without turn it off, and it working but now the console won't read any disc; burnt or original. It says "Please insert Playstation 2 Disc".What could be the problem?
