Changed plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter on silverado 4.8 liter 2003, misses @ times. Any thiughts? Code said random misfires, Reset code but still hesitates. Thanks for any help!

find out what cylinder or cylinders has the misfire. Then check your injecter pulse, and coil spark. If your not useing the same plugs and wires that ford uses it could cause it too.
