Why is it that James Blunt, when singing 'You're Beautiful', sings 'My life is brilliant' twice?

    One theory is that it sounds like a flub in the timing at the start of the song. They kept going in the studio and because it worked, they kept it. This has happened with lots of groups including R.E.M, the Beatles, Bob Dylan and lots of others.
