  • Wow, I am sorry you hear that you are depressed. That's a tough situation. But, just think that though, whatever you're going through, may be making you feel helpless right now, it will only make to a stronger and more understanding person in the long run. Cutting yourself, to be honest, will not solve your problems. Everyone has strength within themselves, just pull it out and use it to your advantage. Do something you like to do, or watch something that makes you laugh. You'll be fine.
  • Try some exercise maybe?
  • answer a ton of other peoples problems or just random questions-try it really wastes you're time
  • Maybe go for a walk, listen to some up beat music, call a help line. If you don't really want to do it, you won't allow yourself to. It is as much of an urge as it is a choice. I really hope this helps and I think you might need to talk to someone close to you about it or something, it's not healthy to have those thoughts, and maybe going to someone you love and asking for help might be a good thing to do
