There are two types of sweat glands, the ones that put out salty water, and the ones that put out oil. There are several ways to make your skin slightly more oily so the thin layer of oil on your skin will seal and keep the moisture in the skin. One good way is to add a bit of a "desert" pepper to some of your food. There are many types of spices and herbs that will cause a slight physiological change, helping our body to better tolerate the weather of the day. Peppers cause the body to throw off heat and to sweat. Jungle peppers cause salty water sweat and will allow the skin to dry out. Desert peppers cause oily sweat and will trap moisture inside the skin. An anti-perspirant will cause the opposite effect and will dry your skin ... so decrease the amount of anti-perspirant and increase the amount of desert pepper.
