Yes. No birth control is truly 100%.
I have heard about people who were so fertile that she took a pill and used a diaphragm and he used condoms.
That's a little extreme and most people don't have to do that. Most birth control has the % effectiveness listed on it somewhere.

Yes, there is no birth control medication that 100% effective. Some people will still get pregnant even though they follow the directions correctly.
