  • The reason you get hungry again so fast is precisely because you are eating healthy food. So called "health" food is almost always low in fat and high in carbohydrates. When you eat carbs your body quickly metabolizes it into sugar. You get a quick energy boost followed by a crash. The excess calories are soon converted into body fat, leaving you with a low blood sugar. So you eat more. The solution is to eat high fat foods instead. These take your body longer to process, allowing you to feel sated for much longer. Don't believe those who tell you it is unsafe. Google "what if it's all been a big, fat lie?"
