Well, the fact that these mushrooms are growing on top of the tile is pretty unusual...but not impossible. Mushrooms are the "fruit" of the actual mushroom plant. See, Mushrooms grow out of a substance called Mycellium (which is like white powdery strands). This is the "roots" of the mushroom - typically this stuff grows underground (because its photo-sensitive). Most likely what has happened is that something nutritious to mushrooms was left on the tile floor (like urine or feces) and the lights left off for a long time. The mycellium spread out (the white powdery substance)and when it absorbed enough nutrients, it fruited and you got the mushrooms. Here is the problem, in the enclosed space of the bathroom, the mushrooms may have released their spores which float in the air. Some people have allergies to spores and they can potentially make you sick. If you're intent on cleaning this yourself, get a particle mask and possibly some goggles. Bleach will kill surface spores once you've removed the mushrooms.

The real problem that you may not see is that most likely these mushrooms aren't growing off the tile floor. Most likely, the "roots" originated in the wood floor under the tile and there is likely water damage somewhere. Keep an eye out for soft spots or mushrooms near corners or creeping through cracks in the drywall.
