I watched the draw ceremony on TV last night. It's going to be fun. And an interesting 2010 with two of the strongest teams -- Brazil and Portugal -- being placed together in one of the first groups -- hope it doesn't make people go home early. Here is a list of the groups (further down) http://www.sport24.co.za/Content/Soccer/WorldCup/383/05395375d51c40b890e59cd82cc4bdb7/05-12-2009-10-10/Bafana_face_early_exit_fears

How can England compete against a whole continent? Oh right, you mean the United States of America.

I don't care. You know what would make the game interesting though? If there were 5 balls, and not just one.

Great match-up that will be a lot of fun.

    England should win.

England will be playing with more pressure on them, all of the experts will be saying that England has to win that match.

The US only wants to advance.

Remember one thing, the US goalie Tim Howard knows the England players very well.

    That will help the US.

It would have been far more interesting if the were in a group with Brazil or Italy, but we will be entertained by this match-up.

Englishman. Couldn't care less. Words of late, lamented grandmother: "A load of grown men kicking a ball about".
