Help answer this question below.

Ok so i got pulled over when having 6 people in a car that holds 5 and 3 of them were out the window i got pulled for reckless driving and they dont have license so do i get there tickets and the reckless driving am i completely screwed?

    You are responsible for the reckless driving if you were driving and for the unbelted occupants who are not over 18 years old (age may vary with state law). Those over 18 are responsible for not buckling up.
