Most, if not all, versions of Windows include both notepad and wordpad for free. If you want the full-blown Word, download it from openoffice.org
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. But,if you mean Microsoft word, then you can't because there are no free versions. However, you can download open office for free from openoffice.org. They may or may not be of any help. If your keyboard isn't working you'll have to get another one. Or, if you have Vista Home Premium you can access "windows speech recognition". You can access the computer through voice commands. To get to that go to; start> all programs> accessories> ease of access> windows speech recognition. Click it and follow the on screen directions.
