    for 20 yrs. I was a bad worrier and always blamed myself for everything....I finally saw it was not my fault, can't fix everything, and started thinking things out more.....things always worked out....it was not the end of the world.....but I do have to say , I prayed alot, and HE was always there ....there has been lots that I honestly don't think I would of gotten through had HE not helped and comforted me.....My sister also told me to ask HIM and then keep worrying was denying HE was there......pray in confidence....hope this helps....

    when u start to worry bout whatever ur worrying about always think of something positive about. Try not to think the negative.
