If you don't have a stomach acid problem then that is probably ok. I wouldn't drink more than that for sure, too much of anything is not good. There is some research that says that diet drinks can cause short term memory problems; so, if that is a concern for you then maybe you might want to cut back.

Yes, but i'm a bit of a health nut. Of course its bad for you, its got the bad sugars in it...If you're asking me if you should drink it or not, i'm going to have to tell you that if you want to live a healthy life then you have to slow down the intake of those diet pepsi's. Of course you can have the odd one, just not everyday. But its fine to treat yourself, just ask people who are on diets and aren't eating crap. They can have the odd thing thats a little junkie but it needs to be consumed in small quanities and not all the time. After all...YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

2 cans a day of basically liquid sugar is not good for you - not good for your teeth, stomach, health, blood sugar level, etc. I'd say 1 can a day would be a limit for you. However, I can't dictate how you live your life. Just be prepared for diabetes, dental problems, high blood pressure, etc.

Don't drink too much. It's not going to be healthy. Even though it's a diet pepsi, and even though you don't drink it a lot, it will still be unhealthy. 1-2 cans a day isn't good. Even though it's a diet pepsi, it doesn't mean that it'll help. I don't think that you sould drink that.

Its fine. Aspartame(The artificial sweetener in most diet sodas) breaks down into Phenylalanine (an amino acid) and methanol(a by-product of metabolism, and in very small ammounts) All the crap about brain tumors is completely made up.

Diet soda is very bad for you. It's filled with chemicals and it's sweet taste confuses your body. Drink water instead.

Artificial sweeteners are not good for you and neither is the high fructose corn syrup in regular soda. Plus the carbonation isn't good for your digestion.

drinking items like coke zero or pepsi 0 are good ways to wing off more sugar packed drinks. after a while i would then try more vitamins filled drinks
