    Phil wonders where everyone is???

Often Bacon grease will separate and a small amount of non-goopy goodness is at the bottom.

But those Yum-Yums stuck to the pan get some Wine, Flour and then land on my Bacon-Burger!

Nope... I cook my bacon in one of those health grills for the very reason that I don't want minimum bacon grease in my diet!

My mom does; I know she puts it in green beans, which I always thought made them kind of gross, but everyone else in the family seems to like it. Other than that the grease goes on the dogs' food.

I used to way back when in the "olden days". I used to cook a pound of bacon, then fry potatoes in that grease, then save the grease that was left and freeze it to flavor things like potato/corn chowder. Don't do that any more! :(
