How do games and blu-ray on a PS3 look on an approximately 50 inch 1080i TV? I heard it isn't up to it's "full potential".

HDMI cables can improve quality greatly.

I have a 52" LCD TV with both my computer and PS3 hooked up to it through HDMI cables. It looks amazing! Not sure how it would look being hooked up through the A/V cables as I've never tried with the PS3... The PC hooked up with a VGA-to-VGA cable looked OK, but looks a lot better in HDMI.
