My niece is 1 and i'm suspecious that she's being molested how can i know for sure. i babysit her and when i change her diaper i notice that her vigina is too open for a little girl her age i have 2 girls of my own what can i do

Ask your doctor because that's in absolute confidence. I understand there is some sort of physical fear reaction that presents in a molested child even of that age, that a medical professional can spot, kind of like flinching, but I don't know exactly how or where.
