Can anyone tell me if im allowed to play my nintendo ds while flying to america

    You can play it, but you must turn it off during take off and landing (in short, while the seatbelt signs are on). This applies to all portable electronic devices on most commercial airlines

    The specifics vary by route and airline, but typically electronic devices (games, computers, music players, etc.) are allowed during the "cruising" part of the flight, but not during takeoff and landing. Also, if your device has network features (like cellular or broadband access) you would usually have to turn that part off.
