I have got to know, is it illigal to just DATE someone underage? even if ur not doing anything with them? I am 18 and my GF is 17, can i get in any kind of trouble?

you're good man don't worry. you can get in trouble for as little as grabben some boob (indicent liberties w/ a minor) but i doubt you'll have any problems. the only way you could really get in trouble is through her parents. but if they like you and approve of the relationship you could really do what ever you want. legaly they can give you permission to have sex. however it deffers state to state!

Sadly enough, you are putting yourself at risk. If she gets peeved she can accuse you of rape, and while the charges won't necessarily stick the bad reputation will. Save yourself a HUGE potential headache and wait a year.

In some states, yes it is illegal, but I say go all out! As long as you both look the same age, you're good. But I Pressure-pointed a police officer last time he tried to catch me for "lewd acts in public"... but we were just making out. In any case, just run! It worked for me.

No what is illegal is statuary rape. Meaning having sex with a minor who may not be fully conscious of their decision and possibly coerced. Though some parents may consider sex between a 17 year old and 18 year old, I doubt the courts would do anything unless the girl claimed she was rapped.
