Help answer this question below.

Did anyone know that u can purchase scratch off lottery tix at publix from a vending machine? they really got me with that marketing technique. I didn't know whether to buy food or scratch offs so i got a little of both

    did you know that you can't win no matter how many tickets you buy, even if by some miracle you hit the big jackpot, you get installment payments over many years while having to pay the taxes for the total amount up front.
