    Because they eat a lot of junk foods and/or eat larger portions than they should. That and the lack of exercise.

    cause they eat all the time and dont do any physical activty and they sit around and blame there fatness on others

    Because people have little time to prepare meals from scratch, they buy convenience or junk foods which are high in calories. People drive everywhere, no one walks or cycles to work so there is no real way to burn off these extra calories without planned exercise sessions. Planned exercise requires time and often money. That's why poorer people tend to be fatter than richer ones. We live in what scientists call an obesogenic environment.
