Help answer this question below.

Swollen ,flaky rough skin around eyes.keeps repeating ......it is really doing damage to my skin ......what is it and what will stop it?

    When I had that my eye doctor said it was a duct that was plugged. He suggested warm wash cloths, it worked for me.

    I'm not a doctor, but that has happenend to me before, it was suborrehic (sic) dermatitis and my doc told me to put hydrocortisone ointment (not the cream) on it and to wash my face with cetaphil. good luck.
