I have never been punished for a real crime, however, I always get punished for things that I didn't do by my parents, both in the past when I was a little kid, and now. Mainly they were things that my sister did and blamed me for, and since she is the youngest and the favourite child my parents generally took her side.

Yes. In high school, I was head cheerleader and the cheerleaders stole paint supplies out of the office. They said it was over $500 in supplies, which is crazy, but I had to take the blame for it and I now have a misdeameanor on my record and 12 months probation.

I'm sure I was punished for things I didn't do when I was a child, but then again I got away with things too so it evens out. However, these were not really "crimes" which would lead to legal action.
