This has been a historical point of contention on occasion for Baptists. Some Baptists don't give it a second thought, but some do. For those Baptists who believe that they are not Protestant, holding that their movement never withdrew from the Catholic Church because it was always apart from it, Protestant pastors present a problem. While these men may hold a Biblically sound doctrine of salvation, and give evidence that they are indeed saved, the issue for some Baptists goes beyond that. It goes to the validity of their baptism and church as being authorized by God. For those denominations which were formed by people who came out of the Catholic Church, but then did not go and join with the pre-existing (baptistic) churches who opposed the Catholic errors, their baptism, and thus their authority from God, is phony, because the Catholic baptism and authority was phony. And thus anyone baptised by them down to the present, had a phony baptism, and a phony church. To these Baptists, they would no more let these pastors preach in their pulpit than Honda would let me build a car in my garage and sell it in one of their showrooms. To these Baptists, it's a matter of authenticity, which is a different question from salvation. And they're not bothered by a charge of arrogance; they believe it is humility in obedience to God.

That would depend on what the other preacher believes. If he does not preach the Gospel of Jesus, I don't think he would be welcome. In my Church, I don't think we'd invite anyone to "lay hands", Presbyterian or otherwise. That is not something we do. Prayer is the answer to sickness, since the last of the Apostles died. As far as I know they were the only ones who could heal by touch, except for Jesus Himself, of course. The beliefs of the guest preacher must be in line with those of our church, or the answer is no.

The Bible says in Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

And in Matthew 12:25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

The reason there are denominations is because of doctrinal disagreements. It does not make much sense to invite someone in who will divide your house if you want it to stand.

Depending on the church doctrine, its usually not a problem because different denominations specialize in certain areas of ministry. It's very common for a Baptist church to invite a guest speaker such as a Presbyterian to provide the ministry of laying on of hands.
