Help answer this question below.
Just as energy changes from one form to another.... The creator of a physical being cant be physical itself.... The creator has got to be much more than that....... Its not wise to limit this question to religion only....
How can you possible claim that God does not exist physically?
Jesus was God's son on earth. He was physically alive.
Parts of God's physical being are all around us.
Earth itself is God's physical being.
how can you claim that god does or doesn't exist physically??
Actually god nither exists physically nor non-physically..he is (something) else we don't know
i also can't say he is a thing but i want to clearify my point
even if he doesn't exist physically..how you claim that he can't create physical being because he is not a physical thing
Ahh ... again, SS, that's where ye do errLOL!
He DOES exist physicallyLOL!
Yes; that's just it.
Now known to the majority of the world, but true, nevertheless!
When Joseph Smith prayed vocally in the Sacred Grove in 1820, he was appeared to by 2 Beings with Glorified Immortal Bodies: one of them spoke calling him by name and said, pointing to the other, "Joseph, this is my Beloved Son. Hear Him."
Both the Father and the Son appeared to Joseph to show that they were literally, Physically Immortal.
Taht was one of the first things they wanted to teach him.
AND you can see why when listening to the various nonsenses today!!!LOL
This is a CIRCULAR argument which assumes that all reality must be a material reality, including thoughts and consciousness. The tradition is that God has willed things into existence, which does not require "physical" actions. What an odd question!
When I think of my concept of God being all-powerful, all-everything, then anything is possible.
Ever hear of the wind?!
;-)
He doesn't...we do.
I was searching the web today under the topic can God do anything and I came across your posts.
The question is "How can God do anything physically if He doesn't exist physically?"
God is not limited by time, space or anything else. All things are subservient to God not he to them. The physical realm was created by God as were the laws of gravity, etc. Therefore, God would not and has not excluded himself from being able to interact with, create in or rule the physical realm.
We the created are limited by time (the physical realm), space, gravity, etc but the creator of ALL things is not. When you put God on our level you deny his deity and sovereignty.
If God is merciful and forgives us of our sins, then what incentive is there for us to resist sin, so long as we repent afterwards?

A question for Christians: If God is all-loving, then why would he create mankind to be inherently sinful in nature?

You're reading How can God do anything physically if it doesn't exist physically?

Well ... some good thoughts there, Albert ... but the revelation is: we learnt in 1820 that God the Father and Jesus Christ, the Son, BOTH had bodies as tangible as man's ... but that their bodies were Glorified, Immortal bodies.

The God speaks rightly through the books... There are different people with different views... The difference lies in the interpretation of the message.. Maybe it is different from your point of perception...

Your answer
"The creator of a physical being cant be physical himself"
does not make any sense...
You don't even know if it's a He.

This is what happens
of believers in non-existent non-entities of nonsense;
educated ‘e-literate’ people
believing in gods, godp imps and peddlers of other superstition.

So you are in a way cursing the one you created you???? Nothing comes to existence without its creator and thats obvious... Even in evolution there are high chances that the resultant being contains greater defects so Darwin's theory has been proved wrong... And for your convenience i have changed that to "it" so that you can ponder a little more....
