Generally anything that is peer reviewed. That means it's better to rely on books unless you have good information literacy and a nose for bullshit. On the internet, Wikipedia is good for certain kinds of information, but not 100% trustworthy.

It's the same. Anyone can publish a book or website full of lies

I think books, but research articles ARE online, and I like the CDC and NASA websites
