Thank you for your answer Ive done that they faxed a letter to dmv asking them to ignore the suspension and restore my license I payed the restoration fee but now there charging me 250.00 a year for three years.I need to konw if thats in the statute and i just missed it or if im being taken for a ride

Apparently your license has already been suspended for "failure to pay".Contact the court concerning payment and ask if you license will be reinstated upon payment of fines,penalties,and court costs.
