put a pillow or anything between yout knees
Just flat on my back. Then *I just don't think about it*! Nearly every a.m. I awaken in a different position.
I think if you're not too hammered/stoned, your body just naturally 'finds' those comfy positions throughout the night for circulation's sake?
;-)
In my belly, hugging a pillow with my toes hanging of the food of the bed.
The toes are an important part... don't forget that part.
Does the warm glow of the television put you to sleep at night because you need the sound to block out your failures?
