I say no. Because the age of consent is 16 in 31 states, 17 in 7 states and 18 in 12 states. 9 states which have an age of consent of 18 have age difference laws requiring one person to be 4-5 year older for it to be statutory rape. Tell me your state and I will tell you if it is legal or not. Tell me your state.

Yeah, but what good would it be to put him in jail. Got to pay to have him there and got to pay for her and the baby. He'd be better off getting a job to help support them.
