  • I knew my great grandparents, that's as far as I got. I really don't care if my great uncle twice removed was someone who helped or hurt the world.

  • I am very happy because my family tree extends well beyond 1600 years. Yes! we have extensively written records recording my ancestry. Till 300 A.D. to 1300 A.D. before 300 A.D. we had records too but in India people are becoming very ignorant of their past. I have no problem because my family history is in history books too. Then we had to migrate. But then the recording actually increased. I am thinking to digitize it. Any help, please. It will be appreciated.
  • 1812, my dads side arrives in kansas, buys some land and weve been stuck there since then to my dismay 1921, my mothers dad parents die, him and his brothers go into foster care and homeless shelters where theyre constantly abused. turned 18, joined the army till close to end of WW2. I think he was 2 or 3 when his parents died. I know he was fairly young.

  • My side of the family is a dead end as nobody knows who my paternal grandfather's father was. But my husband's side of the family has been traced back to the 1700's.
  • I was given a genealogical program a couple of years ago, and since part of my family is Mormon, there were leads as far back as I was able to go, before I got bored. I was looking for the "first" person to come to the US from Europe, but I got bored around the 1700's. On my Mother's side, I am a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. My grandfather was on the original registration roles by the US government.
