Iyour MS Outlook program is halting it would most likely be an issue with the program, it could have been corrupted and may need to be reinstalled. Note: For the following you will need the Microsoft Office CD handy to reinstall the program. Also note that you will need a basic understanding of uninstalling and installing programs, also the knowledge to set your accounts back up in Outlook as once you reinstall the program the email account/s will need to be re done. To uninstall do the following (this is for XP): - Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs - In the list (when it populates) you should be able to find Microsoft Outlook - Click on 'Microsoft Outlook' and select Uninstall on the right hand side. - Follow the prompts and the program should be uninstalled Once this has been done, insert your Microsoft Office CD and reinstall Outlook. If you have done this succesfully you will need to open up Microsoft Office and set up your email account/s again as i previously mentioned.
