I think the only way is to completely wipe MacOS (the operating system) and reinstall it from scratch. You may need a phone repair shop to do it.
Mind you, the guy who lost the phone can report it to the network, which in turn can block the IMEI (unique identifier) and therefore brick the phone.
Think twice before doing something that may cost you quite a bit of money to fix.
Once you reset someone's Hotmail password by knowing their secret question is there a way to find out what their original password was :)
