• The first thing I do when I get a headache or do not feel well is eat. Most people stop eating when ill, but I do just the opposite. It usually helps my headaches though. Good luck and hope you feel better.

• Maybe you could substitute, ummm, a "low cal" snack??? Might take your mind off the hunger??? (My wife says that my solution for anything that's wrong with her, but it works more often than not!)
