I have done a fair amount of kick-boxing, and also some boxing. One regret is putting a genuinely nice guy in the hospital for a week with a bruised kidney. The worst part is he never told me he had only one kidney, and was sparring without protection. I felt so horrible! After that, I always checked for health problems before sparring.

Yes. I stopped when I was very young. Broke my friend Jerry's jaw in 3 places.
Oh, though I did have a bar fight the friend I was with cause. I got beat up, though, so I don't count that one.
