Yea, if your using gym equipment which is fixed to do shoulder presses it would only really benifit your deltoids (shoulders)
but if you use dumbells you can change the motion to work deltoids, trapezious, lattisimous dorsi (back) and with enough bend your upper pecs
Traps, and triceps, maybe a little upper chest.
