When I have heartburn - very rarely - I take a Tbsp. full of pure apple cider vinegar, it disappears instantly, showing me that I need more acids to deal with a meal in question.
milk helps me :)
Depends on the type of heartburn. If it's pregnancy heartburn, nothing but Zantac will get rid of it. Trust me I know.
Half glass of water with a half teaspoon of baking soda in it. stir well.
Milk is good.
Get rid of the heart.
Antacid tablets, e.g. Rennies can be very helpful. If you get it after eating, try eating more slowly, chew your food for longer and that might do the trick.
if your body can build an immunity to it then it is possible but for some people that doesn't happen

thanks for your answer:) I eat a lot of acid food/junk food,eventually right now im drinking cranberry juice 100% pure and sugarless and it give me really bad heart burn..i just think its weird. I guess our bodies respond differently to certain things we eat/drink.
