The simplest solution rather than spend billions on some ineffective international organization is to arm the ships in the area.
The Ship that was attacked several months ago and the captain taken hostage was attacked again a week or so ago and they simply opened fire and drove the pirates off.
This seems to be a simpler solution and eliminates the cost and most likely corrupt aspect of another government organization.
Well, the pirates are international.
Hey, Samoli pirates! They don't seem to hurt people or property and are the last free people on earth. Now when caught they should be hung from the yardarm, but I think people are generally behind them.
