Help answer this question below.

Working lasar radar. two identical vehicles side by side. one takes off 81 in a 55 mph zone. stopped one. driver swears he was not speeding. did i stop the wrong vehicle and did i issue a citation?

I very much doubt that you'd pull over the slower of the two cars.

- i failed to mention that i lost sight of both vehicles for a about 10 seconds as they both went over a hill.
