I live in an apartment. I do not have grass. My parents grass is greener. They have it fertilized every year.

Greener than our neighbours' grass on the south side, definitely not greener than the neighbours' grass on the north side, much greener than our neighbours.
(They're pretty much a pale skin colour...)

Mine is much greener. I'm the only yard on my street that has grass. The others have decorative rock. It's very low maintenance, but it's cold and uninviting in my opinion.

Ours is greener than one neighbor's and not as green as the other's. I live between 2 totally opposite people .. one is obsessed with their yard and the other doesn't realize he has one!!

On one side ours is much greener, on the other it is about even.
I'm going to overseed a lawn I put in last year. I'm going to put lime down. Can I use 12 12 12 fertilizer with new seed?
